Hand made knittings must be washed by hand. We recommend the no rinse wash Eucalan. 

Fill basin with tepid water, add 5ml./ 1 tsp. of Eucalan per 4l./1gallon of water.
Squeeze article gently, soak 15 minutes (minimum). 
No need to rinse.
Avoid heavy agitation, lay knit articles flat to dry, out of direct heat and sunlight.
